A Picture of What it Means to be Like Christ

I saw this picture in a news story and felt the need to share it.
This is from the protests going on in Egypt.

The people on thier knees in the center are Egyptian Muslims who have stopped their protesting for daily prayers. The people standing around them holding hands are Egyptian Christains protecting them from the police who are trying to break up the protest.  This is what it means to live your faith and be like Christ.

  1. I read on another site that the Muslims acted as human shields for the Christians during Christmas. This is amazing. I hope and pray that the good relations between our fellow Christians in Egypt and their Muslim countrymen will continue after this upheaval has passed.
